  *   Baylor improved to 15-14 all-time in 13 NCAA Tournament appearances, including 12-8 in the Scott Drew era.
  *   Baylor advanced to the NCAA Tournament Second Round for the second-consecutive tournament. BU is 4-1 in Second Round games in the Drew era.
  *   The Bears will face the winner of North Carolina vs. Wisconsin on Sunday at a to-be-determined time and site. The game will not be at Lucas Oil Stadium Unity or Mackey Arena.
  *   Baylor’s 15 steals broke the previous school record for most in an NCAA Tournament game (9, four times).
  *   Baylor’s 31 field goals made tied its 2nd-most and 75 field goal attempts were its most in an NCAA Tournament game.
  *   Baylor improved to 10-2 against 2021 NCAA Tournament teams.
  *   Baylor has now led by at least 4 points in all 55 games since the start of the 2019-20 season.
  *   Baylor has built double-digit leads in 22 of 25 games this season (all 17 before 21-day layoff, 5 of 8 since).
  *   Baylor is now 49-6 since MaCio Teague and Davion Mitchell joined the starting lineup at the start of the 2019-20 season.
  *   Jared Butler (9 assists) had the 3rd-most assists by a Baylor player in a NCAA Tournament game, trailing only Pierre Jackson’s 10 assists twice in 2012.
  *   Butler (5 steals) tied Pierre Jackson’s 5 steals vs. Colorado in 2012 for most by as BU player in a NCAA Tournament game.
  *   Teague’s team-high 22 points were the 6th-most by a BU player in an NCAA Tournament game – it was his 4th-straight game leading the team in scoring.
  *   Mark Vital started his 100th career game, becoming the 6th player in program history to reach that milestone (Curtis Jerrells, Doug Brandt, Micheal Williams, Brian Skinner, Kevin Rogers).
