WACO, Texas – Baylor baseball and softball announced Wednesday broadcast details for their respective 2024 seasons.

The Bears will play a combined 105 games on television, including all 55 Baylor baseball games and all 50 Baylor softball games.

All 33 of the Brazos Boys’ regular-season home games will be carried on Big 12 Now on ESPN+. BU’s road conference games will also be streamed on Big 12 Now on ESPN+, while the Bears’ non-conference contests away from home will air on various other platforms, including ESPN+, FloBaseball and Longhorn Network.

Fans can also tune in all season long to ESPN Central Texas 1660 AM and 92.3 FM for the Baylor radio broadcast on the Baylor Sports Network. Play-by-play announcer Derek Smith returns for his ninth season as the radio voice of Baylor baseball and will pair with Tom Barfield, who rejoins the booth after spending 14 seasons calling the action from 2002-2015.

Baylor softball will play 25 of its home games on Big 12 Now on ESPN+, and will also stream its March 3 game against Morgan State on Facebook Live. When on the road, the Bears will be featured on ESPN+, FloSoftball, Longhorn Network and PAC-12 Mountain. Additionally, BU’s April 13 contest at Texas has been selected for national broadcast on ESPN2.

Dan Ingham returns for his ninth season as the lead voice of Baylor softball’s radio broadcasts. He will be joined by Jared Brown and Foster Nicholas as play-by-play talent throughout the 2024 season. All of the Bears’ radio broadcasts can be heard on COOL 101.3 FM.

All dates, times and networks are subject to change.

Baylor baseball opens its 2024 campaign at the Shriners Children’s College Showdown in Arlington, Texas, on Feb. 16-18, facing a loaded field that includes No. 5 Tennessee, Oregon and Nebraska at Globe Life Field, the home of the world champion Texas Rangers. The Bears’ home opener is slated for Tuesday, Feb. 20 against Lamar at 4 p.m. at Baylor Ballpark.

Baylor softball begins the year at home with a three-game series against No. 2 Tennessee on Feb. 9-11 at Getterman Stadium. The Bears check in at No. 19 in the ESPN/USA Softball preseason rankings and will play 11 of their first 12 games against ranked or receiving votes opponents.
