BRYAN, Texas—Baylor men's golf will tee it up at the Aggie Invitational beginning Saturday morning at Traditions Golf Club in Bryan.

The Bears have made 12 previous trips to Traditions, dating back to 2005, with its best finish coming in 2017, a tie for second. A traditionally tough test, head coach Mike McGraw looks forward to seeing his team compete on this course against another strong field in Aggieland.

“We always look forward to making the short trip down to Bryan to play on a great golf course at Traditions," he said. "I saw some bright spots in our last outing in Houston and just hope to see our guys build on that as we make our run-up to the postseason."

Johnny Keefer remains a fixture at the top of the lineup and will play at No. 1 again this week for the 32nd-straight event. The senior has plenty of experience at this golf course with two top-10 finishes and played a US Amateur qualifier at Traditions this past summer.

Davis Ovard continues to trend upward, fresh off a tie for eighth at the All-American Intercollegiate, he will play at No. 2. The freshman leads the team in par-4 scoring average this season (4.01).

Luke Dossey returns to the lineup at No. 3 this week. The senior is making his fourth appearance in Bryan, with his best finish coming in his debut in 2021 when he finished third.

Tyler Isenhart will get the nod at the No. 4 position this week, appearing in the lineup in all four events this spring. The senior carded his best finish at the Aggie a season ago when he finished tied for 17th.

The fifth and final spot in the lineup will go to junior Zach Heffernan. The Boerne, Texas, native finished second in his last appearance at the All-American Individual and recorded a tie for 30th at Traditions last season.
