WACO, Texas – Baylor men's tennis finished its second day of fall play split between Milwaukee and Dallas on Saturday, recording five singles wins among the four student-athletes.



Marko Miladinović beat Toledo’s Adam Kovac, 6-3, 6-1, in the semifinals to advance to the final round consolation match on Sunday. In the quarterfinals, Miladinović topped UAB’s Georgios Nouchakis, 6-2, 1-0, ret.



Ethan Muza picked up a match this afternoon against Cleveland State’s Mikael Erler and won, 6-4, 6-1.



Justin Braverman and Christopher Frantzen both tallied singles wins to open up the day at SMU. Braverman defeated the home team’s own Callaway Clark, 7-6(5), 7-5, and Frantzen beat Wichita State’s Richey King 3-6, 6-2, 6-2.

After sweeping the first set of his second match, Braverman fell to Alex Richards from Wichita State, 6-0, 2-6, 4-6. Frantzen also dropped his second singles match of the day, 7-6(4), 7-5, to Blaine Hovenier from SMU.



The duo began the day on Saturday morning by dropping their single-set doubles match to Leighton Allen and Carl Roothman from Oklahoma State, 7-5.



Both duos will wrap up the first weekend of tournaments on Sunday.
