IRVING, Texas – The Big 12 Champion Baylor men’s tennis team had two singles players and two doubles pairs named to the All-Tournament Team by the Conference on Monday.

In singles, the Bears’ Sven Lah and Tadeas Paroulek were announced as selections for court three and court five, respectively. For doubles, court one with Finn Bass and Lah as well as court three with Adrian Boitan and Paroulek were chosen.

The No. 77-ranked Lah won 7-6(2), 3-6, 6-4 over No. 95 Richard Ciamarra of Texas, and went down to the wire with No. 67 Sander Jong of TCU in the championship match, going unfinished at 3-6, 7-6(7), 6-6(5-1).

Paroulek, ranked 70th, bested No. 114 Chih Chi Huang of UT at 7-5, 3-6, 6-2 on Saturday and defeated Pedro Vives at 7-5, 6-1, on Sunday against TCU.

In doubles, No. 6-ranked pair Bass and Lah bested UT’s No. 3-ranked Ciamarra and Cleeve Harper on court one, 6-2. Against the Frogs, they won 6-3 over No. 2 Luc Fomba and Jake Fearnley.

On court three, Boitan and Paroulek bested the Longhorns’ Huang and Eshan Talluri, 7-6(7), and then went unfinished up 5-4 against Juan Carlos Aguilar and Vives against TCU.
