• Baylor returns to action hosting Texas State for a Salute to Veterans game at 8 p.m. CT Friday.
• The game will be shown on Big 12 Now on ESPN+ with John Morris and Pat Nunley calling the action.
• The Bears are 14-3 all-time vs. Texas State, but the last meeting was nearly 17 years ago (12/4/02).
• BU won its season-opener vs. UCA 105-61, draining 18 3-pointers, the 2nd-most in program history.
• The Bears led for 36:27 vs. Washington in their 2nd game, but UW rallied to win 67-64 in Alaska.
