WACO, Texas – Baylor Women's Golf announced the signing of former Division II Freshman of the Year Charlotte Brook on Monday.

The Poole, England, native spent the last two seasons at Lynn College, where she garnered numerous accolades, including WGCA All-America selections in each of the last two seasons. Head coach Jay Goble looks forward to adding Brook's skillset to a talented roster next season.

“We are absolutely thrilled to sign Charlotte,” he said. “She is one of the more determined people I have ever spoken to and is extremely competitive. While she has only been playing tournament golf for six years, she has been very successful in competing as a top player on one of the best teams in Division II. Our goal is to get back into that championship match and ultimately bring home a national title, and adding Charlotte to our squad helps position us to make that a reality moving forward."

In 29 rounds this past season, she notched four top-10 finishes, highlighted by a second-place finish at the season-opening Saint Leo Invitational. She finished the year as the 27th-ranked player in the Scoreboard Division II National rankings.

In addition to being named the NCAA Division II Freshman of the Year in 2023-24, she was selected to the WGCA All-America Second Team. She competed in 13 tournaments, earning four top-10 finishes, including third place at the UIndy Fall Invitational and fourth at the Lady Moc 2.0. She carded a seventh-place finish at the NCAA South Regional and 12th at the NCAA National Championship. She finished the year ranked No. 19 nationally by Scoreboard, posting a 73.0 adjusted scoring average and compiling a 742-135-28 record against Division II opponents.

Prior to her arrival at Lynn, Brook captured the ProDream English Open by 18 shots, adding a top-10 finish at the English U18 Girls Amateur in 2022, a top-20 at the Irish Ladies Amateur in 2021 and a top-10 at The Hampshire Rose. She was runner-up at the 2022 Welsh on the Faldo Series. A three-time Parkstone Club champion (2020–2022), she graduated from Canford School in 2022, where she played golf, field hockey and gymnastics.
