Media members interested in covering the 2024 Kinder’s Texas Bowl may now apply for credentials. Applications will be accepted until 5 p.m. CT on Friday, Dec. 20.

The Kinder’s Texas Bowl credential policy is designed to best allocate credentials in order to maximize coverage in a safe, professional working environment. Unfortunately, it is not possible to accommodate all requests.

The 2024 Kinder’s Texas Bowl will feature the LSU Tigers and Baylor Bears. The game will be played on Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2024 at NRG Stadium in Houston, and will be televised nationally on ESPN at 2:30 p.m. CT.

WHAT: Rodeo Bowl presented by Kroger is a one-of-a-kind Bowl Week event held in conjunction with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo that features players from Oklahoma State and Texas A&M football teams competing in rodeo-themed events at NRG Arena. This event is not open to the public.

WHEN: 5:30 p.m. – Rodeo Bowl presented by Kroger begins. Both head coaches will be available following the event.

DePelchin Family Field Day

WHAT: Players from Baylor and LSU will pair up with families from the DePelchin Children’s Center after their practices to run through football-themed drills, stretching and more. These events are not open to the public.

WHEN: 11:30 a.m.

WHO: Head coach and players from each school and representatives from DePelchin Children’s Center. Both head coaches will be available following the event.
