IRVING, Texas – Baylor men’s tennis leads the Big 12 with five All-Tournament Team selections, as announced by the conference office on Tuesday afternoon.

The 2021 Championship Most Outstanding Performer, Adrian Boitan, led the way at the No. 1 singles spot, while Sven Lah, Charlie Broom and Spencer Furman got the nod at Nos. 4, 5 and 6 singles, respectively. All four Bears were undefeated on the weekend in singles, as Boitan and Broom went 2-0 while Lah and Furman were 1-0.

On the doubles side, Finn Bass/Charlie Broom were selected at the No. 3 position after a 1-1 weekend in which they collected a 6-4 win in the championship match to clinch the doubles point for Baylor.

BU won its 10th postseason conference crown and 24th overall Big 12 title after defeating No. 3-seed TCU 4-3 on Sunday and No. 1-seed Texas 4-0 on Monday.

The third-ranked Bears (29-4) earned the league’s automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament and will await their final postseason ranking to be announced on Monday, May 3, as part of the 2021 NCAA Selection Show. The show will be aired on NCAA.com at 5:30 p.m. CT.
