WACO, Texas – Baylor men’s golf wraps up its fall season with the inaugural Maridoe Collegiate Invitational, which runs Sunday through Tuesday at Maridoe Golf Club in Carrollton, Texas.

The Bears are part of a 12-team field which includes eight Big 12 programs. BU will take on Iowa State, Oklahoma, TCU, Kansas, Oklahoma State, Texas and Texas Tech, along with Coastal Carolina, Pepperdine, North Texas and East Tennessee State.

Baylor’s lineup is led by a pair of fifth-year seniors with Cooper Dossey and Colin Kober in the top two spots. They’re followed by redshirt junior Ryan Grider, redshirt freshman Johnny Keefer and fifth-year junior Travis McInroe. Redshirt sophomore Brandon Hoff will compete as an individual.

Baylor is paired with Iowa State, Kansas and TCU for Sunday’s first round, with the first tee times at 11 a.m. CT. McInroe is off first, followed in 10-minute intervals by Keefer, Grider, Kober and Dossey, respectively. Hoff will tee off with three others competing individually at 12:50 p.m.

The tournament will be contested on the par-72, 7,521-yard course at Maridoe, which is also hosting an individual tournament comprised of players from teams whose universities are not competing during the fall season.

Baylor is coming off winning the 2020 Big 12 Match Play Championship, their second title in the event’s three-year history. BU opened the fall season with a tie for fourth place at the Colonial Collegiate Invitational.
