  *   When do I arrive? Friday, Nov. 14th at 6:30pm at Betty Lou Mays Field
  *   Where? You will meet at the Betty Lou Mays field gate
  *   A student worker will be able to assist with getting set up and determine where everyone will go
  *   A confirmation email will be sent before the event
