Athletics Technology Support Update

Athletics Staff,

We are excited to announce an important update regarding how we support technology needs within Athletics at Baylor University. As part of our ongoing efforts to better serve you, we are streamlining our processes and enhancing our resources to ensure quicker, more efficient, and personalized support.

What's New:

Expanded Support Team: Andrew Stripling will now be a part of the ITS Client Services Team, allowing for more direct involvement and collaboration between Athletics and ITS. This expansion provides Andrew with greater access to resources and support, ensuring we can more effectively address the growing and diverse technology needs within Athletics.

Simplified Support Channels:
*              HelpDesk: Call 254-710-4357 or email helpdesk at baylor.edu<mailto:helpdesk at baylor.edu>.
*              HelpDesk+ Walk-in Service: First floor of Moody Library, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
*              Self-Service Portal: Access helpful articles and submit support tickets online through the Self-Service Portal. helpdesk.baylor.edu

These enhancements are designed to provide you with quicker access to a broader range of resources, improving both resolution times and the overall experience. We are confident that these changes will allow us to better meet the evolving needs of Athletics technology.
