Just to say I enjoyed the series very much , I was too young to understand it fully the first time round when it was shown on British TV I was 8 years old or something.  But watched it recently and was completely transported into their world. Dramas are just not made like that anymore which is really sad. There is too much need for music to be played into shows as if this is what the public want and it takes away something when music is added.  Just wondered if anyone else felt the frustration and sadness between Edwin & Jean , two grown ups but couldn’t comfort one another. Did Jean continue to blame Edwin for the death of Robert or was this just initially shock.
