Hi C hristine, Fascinating! Nigel Stock was in my BBC series FLESH
AND BLOOD, in which he played a neighbour of Thora Hird. This 20 hour
series was never repeated although I was told it was very high in the
audience appreciation ratings. Head of BBC1 then was a former assistant
of mine at Granada. He then turned down the only series I wrote that
was never made. Called JOSS it consisted of 10 episodes and is now
rotting in my garage. JOHN
