[Texasslateusers] Apply Texas File conversion

All,

I thought I would share that there is a conversation afoot in which folks
from UT may reach out to the Coordinating Board regarding a change to the
EDI file format. If this were to happen, it obviously would not be ready
for this enrollment season, but there are hopes that it would be ready for
2018-19.

If you are at a private institution, please know that I have sent your
chief enrollment officer a questionnaire about this and would value any
insight that a representative can share about your Apply Texas experience.

I, too, am most interested in learning about a stop gap measure, but wanted
to be honest that there may be a significant change in the future that
would not require this.

All the best,
Christine Bowman
