[SMC-IT-Info] Special Issue

    Dear SMC-IT subscribers-list,

    This is to inform you that the SMC-IT'17  conference has an special
    issue in the *IEEE Aerospace and Electronic Systems Magazine* journal.

    Although the best papers of the conference has been invited to send
    an extension of their work, any author can submit their work if it
    is original and related to the topics in the CFP.

    Important Dates:
    •    Manuscript submission deadline: 31 July 2018
    •    First review completed: 15 November 2018
    •    Revised manuscript due: 15 December 2018
    •    Second review completed: 15 January 2019
    •    Final manuscript due: 15 February 2019
