 time this season. The last time the Bears and Longhorns met was on Feb. 16 in the ITA National Indoor Semifinals in Dallas, where UT snapped BU’s hot streak, 4-0, after the Bears took down three consecutive top-10 teams in a one-week span. </span></p>

 fans at the Hurd Tennis Center. Prior to facing the Waves, Baylor defeated Tulsa, 4-0, and No. 22 Auburn, 4-1, in the first and second rounds in Waco. </span></p>

 winning court one, 2-6, 7-5, 7-6(5), to advance his team to its first NCAA Quarterfinals appearance since 2022 and 16<sup>th</sup> time in program history. </span></p>

 have had a successful season, winning the SEC regular season and conference tournament and reaching the NCAA Elite Eight for the fourth straight year. Their road to Athens included wins over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, 4-0, SMU, 4-0, and No. 17 San Diego, 4-1,

 all held in Austin. </span></p>
