 an RBI single in the top of the second. Meanwhile the Bears also struggled to make the most of their opportunities at the plate, leaving the bases loaded in the second and stranding five themselves through four innings.</span></p>

 off the bottom of the sixth. On an 0-1 pitch, Armstrong crushed an offering 404 feet to tie the ballgame and match Charley Carter’s single-season record with his 21<sup>st</sup> home run of the season.</span></p>
