</b>Baylor baseball extended its home winning streak to nine games on Tuesday night by handling Sam Houston, 13-5, at Magnolia Field at Baylor Ballpark in Waco.</span></p>

(8-8). On the mound, seven BU pitchers combined to fan 12 and allowed just one walk.</span></p>

the sixth, Sam Houston pulled within a few runs at 6-4 as it plated three on a trio of hits, but that’s as close as the Bearkats would get as Baylor countered with three runs of its own in the home half to keep the lead at five runs, 9-4.</span></p>
