</b>Baylor baseball redshirt junior shortstop Travis Sanders has been named to the Brooks Wallace Award Watch List, as announced Wednesday by the College Baseball Foundation.</span></p>

 shortstop Brooks Wallace, who played for the Red Raiders from 1977 to 1980 and died of leukemia at the age of 27.</span></p>

 on balls in play). On Tuesday night at Tarleton State, he tied Davis Wendzel (2019) as the fastest Bears to reach 20 hits in a season since 2013, as the duo both collected their 20<sup>th</sup> knocks in their 43<sup>rd</sup> at-bats of the year. </span></p>

 clip with just one error in 53 chances. Sanders has helped the Bears turn a Big 12-leading 14 double plays this season, which also ranks sixth nationally. </span></p>
