the fourth consecutive update to The Bowerman Watch List. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif">The Bowerman—collegiate track and field's version of the Heisman Trophy—began in 2009 and is presented each year to the nation's most outstanding male and female athletes.
The trophy is named after famed Oregon head coach Bill Bowerman. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif">Ezekiel has had an outstanding 2025 indoor and outdoor season thus far. Concluding the outdoor regular season, Ezekiel has finished first in every event he’s competed in with
the 400m, 400 hurdles and the 4x400 relay. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif">At the UCF Knights Invite, the Nigerian made his outdoor season-debut in the 400 meters. Ezekiel put up one of the nation-leading marks in the 400m at 44.75, a new personal
best. Ezekiel's mark put him tied for ninth in Baylor's historic Quarter-Mile U program marks. The senior is the first Bear to crack the top-10 program marks since Wil London in 2017.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif">The week prior at the Michael Johnson Invitational in Waco, Ezekiel broke a BU program record in the 400 hurdles with a 48.99 mark. Ezekiel currently ranks at No. 3 in the
NCAA and inside the top-20 in the world in both the 400m and 400 hurdles for the 2025 season, heading into the postseason.

<p class="MsoBodyText"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif">The 2025 Big 12 Indoor Performer of the Year had a successful indoor campaign, ending as a runner-up in the 400m at the NCAA Indoor Championship, just 0.01 seconds short of
gold. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif">Ezekiel will look to leave his final mark on Baylor as the postseason nears with the Big 12 Outdoor Championships from May 15-17, the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds from May
28-31 and the NCAA Outdoor Championships from June 11-14. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
