today in the 400. To break 45, to run 44.92, the number one time in the country so far at least for this week and so far, I’m very happy for Nate and Coach Dalton and how they performed today.

<span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif">Then you go to Lex [Brown] who I don't know if anybody had two school records in maybe less than 15 minutes. We always talk about her jumping, but she's been putting some stuff
together in her 60 and definitely wasn't surprised. I mean she PR in the in the semifinal or the first round and then ran a really good fast. 7.14 in the semifinal. Didn't run the final just because she was still long jumping and I just really wanted to get
her two races in. But also really proud of Royaltee Brown and Tiriah Kelley. They both have the season-best in to PR in the 60.

400, I thought the four women ran well. I think Sima [Lucero] had a PR to finally break 55 and Calisha Taylor ran another great of 400, so they were all coming around at the right time, so overall thought we had a really good meet.

thing that I took out of this meet. I thought Igor [Olaru] had a good meat also and he's just getting better and better. We just gotta keep on putting the work in, but overall the team did well today and I think we'll have some really good performances tomorrow.”
