All-Big 12 recognition, as announced by the conference office on Monday.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black;letter-spacing:.25pt">Jordan was named to the Second Team, while Calder and Posey each picked up honorable mention distinction.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black;letter-spacing:.25pt">After starting 20 games as BU’s designated hitter and making another 17 starts in left field, Jordan hit a team-leading .351 in Big 12 play
with five home runs and 17 RBIs to earn a spot on the league’s Second Team. The product of Highland Village, Texas, hit two bombs in BU’s final weekend series against UCF after missing 10 games due to an injury to finish with nine blasts for the year. Jordan
hit .331 on the season and drove in 32 runs as a mainstay in the middle of the Baylor lineup, leading the club with nine multi-RBI efforts. Jordan also reached base safely in 34 consecutive games to end the year, holding the sixth-longest on-base streak by
a Bear since 2003. His .455 on-base percentage in all games ranked eighth in the Big 12 and his .632 slugging percentage placed 10<sup>th</sup>. Jordan is the first Baylor player to earn all-league recognition as a DH since Andy Thomas in 2019.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black;letter-spacing:.25pt">A versatile weapon on the mound for the Bears, Calder led the team and ranked fourth in the conference among qualified pitchers with a 3.23
ERA. In 21 appearances, including three starts, Calder worked 55.2 innings and struck out 41 batters while walking just 12, the fewest walks allowed in the Big 12. He earned five wins and collected two saves, proving his effectiveness no matter the situation.
The native of Austin, Texas, made seven relief outings of at least three innings, in addition to compiling 15.1 innings on the bump as a starter in 2024. Calder is the first Baylor reliever since Luke Boyd in 2021 to receive All-Big 12 praise.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black;letter-spacing:.25pt">Upon being thrust into the starting lineup midway through the year at first base, where he had never played before throughout his five seasons
of college baseball, Posey produced at the plate and on defense for the Bears to the tune of a .315 batting average, five home runs and 20 RBIs, all of which were career highs. The experienced utilityman batted .342 in league play and committed just one error
at first base in 184 chances. Posey racked up 11 multi-hit and six multi-RBI games, including a scorching hot month of April in which he hit .442 for the month with all five of his homers and 15 RBIs.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
