junior infielder Will Pendergrass added a pair of hits, including a two-run shot, as BU put up its most runs in a game since 2022.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black;letter-spacing:.25pt">After a scoreless first inning, SFA got on the board first with a four-spot in the second, thanks in part to a two-run home run and back-to-back
RBI singles. But Baylor responded with six runs in the bottom half of the inning to take the lead and didn’t look back from there. Caley’s two-run blast opened the BU scoring, then redshirt junior outfielder Enzo Apodaca doubled in a pair to tie it and came
around on junior outfielder Wesley Jordan’s RBI single to go ahead 5-4. Senior infielder Daniel Altman chased him in with a run-scoring single to cap off the big inning.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

inning, which tied a season best. Jordan picked up his second RBI of the night with a double before Pendergrass delivered a two-run homer to make it 13-4. After a walk and a single put two on in front of Caley, he left the yard once more to increase Baylor’s
advantage to 16-4. Apodaca put the cherry on top with an RBI single to close the scoring at 17-4.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
