the conference announced Monday afternoon. It marked the fourth weekly award of the season for Smith and the seventh of her career.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" align="left" style="text-align:left"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" align="left" style="text-align:left"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The senior forward averaged 31.5 points, 16 rebounds and two blocks while shooting 66.7 percent from the floor and 93.3 percent from the free-throw line.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Smith went off in the game that decided the Big 12 regular-season championship. In front of a record crowd in Ames, she became the first Bear since 2018 to record a 20/20 game with 28 points
and a career-high 20 rebounds in Baylor’s win over No. 8 Iowa State. </span><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">She became the first Division I player since 2013 to have 25 points and 20 rebounds in a top-10 matchup.</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The Converse, Texas, native topped that performance six days later when she posted a career-best 35 points to go with 12 rebounds in Baylor’s win over Texas Tech on Senior Day. At halftime, Smith had as
many points by herself as Texas Tech had as a team (22).<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoBodyText"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Smith is second in Baylor history with 21 double-doubles this season. She ranks fifth nationally in that category and is eighth in points per game with 22.3 and ninth with 11.7 rebounds per game.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
