<span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black;background:white">“Anytime that you can advance at the National Indoors is a great win for the program. Ole Miss punched us in the mouth to start the doubles, we were
a little flat but they had their A-game. I thought we did a really nice job to hang in there and turn the doubles, but we didn’t compose ourselves to close out those doubles sets, so we did lose the doubles point. But I felt that was good for us, to have to
rebound from that. It’s easier to say that after a win, but it was something we needed to do. We looked serious, composed and confident in singles. Almost from the start we were able to get up on every court, and I thought that was fantastic. The guys trusted
their games and implemented on a little bit of a faster indoor court. Some of these guys played the best tennis they have all year and are clearly tracking in the right direction. They’re really gaining confidence in their games and in their ability to go
out there and put their best selves on the court in a very high-pressure environment.

but the execution wasn’t the best. The start of singles was good – we got up on all courts and played confidently. I think it was a good test for us, but we will have to be a little better tomorrow against Kentucky.”
