IRVING, Texas –</span></b><span style="background:white"> No. 2 Baylor men’s tennis was selected as the preseason favorite among the league coaches in the Big 12 Tennis Preseason Poll, the Conference announced Wednesday.<o:p></o:p></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black;background:white"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black;background:white">The Bears were atop the list, receiving three first-place votes with 23 points overall, after finishing 2021 as the national runners-up and reigning
conference champions. TCU was just behind BU in the poll with 21 points and two first-place votes, while Texas had 19 points with one first-place vote. Rounding out the rest of the poll were Oklahoma (12), Texas Tech (10) and Oklahoma State (5). Coaches were
not allowed to vote for their own programs.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

the Bears’ roster, joining the squad in January as part of a freshman class with Justin Braverman and Ethan Muza that brought the roster to 12 with Jacob Brumm, Juan Pablo Grassi Mazzuchi, Cole Gromley and Tadeas Paroulek having transferred into the program.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
