<p class="p2"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">• Under the direction of Steve Rodriguez, the Bears are 4-6 against the Longhorns, but they have won two-of-three series since he took the helm in 2016. In 2018 the Bears were swept in a three-game series in Austin,
but after that series loss the Bears went on to win their next 23 of 28 games, taking their first Big 12 Tournament title along the way. The last time the Bears and Longhorns met in Waco, the Bears took two-of-three, taking game one 6-2 and game two 4-3 before
falling in the finale, 5-3. In 2016 the Bears also took the series over the Longhorns, taking game one 2-1 and game two 3-1 before falling in the finale, 7-6. The Bears also lost in the Big 12 Tournament in 2016 to the Horns, 15-3. Overall the Bears are looking

<p class="p2"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">• The Bears won their series at Kansas by winning games one and two in doubleheader fashion on Saturday, March 30 vs. the Jayhawks. The conference doubleheader victory is the first time in program history since the
Bears did so on March 3, 2010 at Missouri. The Bears were led by Nick Loftin who was 8-for-15 in the series against the Jayhawks. On the pitching side, the Bears got two quality starts on Saturday, as Paul Dickens through 6.0 innings, allowing just two runs
