When you arrive at the exit machine, place the entrance ticket into the machine first and it will tell you an amount owed. Then place the blue chaser ticket into the machine and the equipment will allow you out without charge. If for any reason you are not
allowed out without charge, please press the help button on the machine to be connected to the city Parking Department.
