as part of the Class of 2018, head coach Matt Rhule announced Thursday.<b><o:p></o:p></b></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Williams and Barnes join the previously announced 19 signees from Thursday giving the Bears a total of 21 signees during the inaugural early window. Included in the 21 signees are 17 players from the state
