Inclement weather forces postponement of Friday game, Bears and Red Raiders to play two on Saturday

WACO, Texas – Due to inclement weather in the Waco area, Friday’s game between Baylor baseball and Texas Tech has been postponed and will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Saturday, May 2.

The Bears (23-21, 9-12 Big 12) and Red Raiders (22-22, 6-15 Big 12) will play two nine-inning games on Saturday, starting at 2 p.m., at Magnolia Field at Baylor Ballpark in Waco. Game two of the twin bill will begin approximately 45 minutes after the conclusion of game one.

Both games of the doubleheader will be televised on ESPN+ and will be available via radio on ESPN Central Texas 1660 AM/92.3 FM.
