WACO, Texas – Baylor Bears men’s tennis returns to action against the Tulsa Golden Hurricane Friday night at 6 p.m. CT at the Hawkins Indoor Tennis Center.



No. 20 Baylor (3-1) enters the matchup riding the momentum of 6-1 victory over Wisconsin on Monday, earning their third straight win. The Bears jumped out to an early lead by claiming the crucial doubles point and would go on to dominate singles play with victories at five of six singles courts.



In singles, Connor Van Schalkwyk, Zsombor Velcz, Alexandru Chirita, Luc Koenig and Louis Bowden all picked up key straight-set singles wins to help the Bears take control and secure the win.



Tulsa (4-1) is coming off of a dominant 7-0 win vs Oral Roberts on Wednesday.



BU was set to host a doubleheader versus Abilene Christian and SMU last week, but it was moved to March 10 due to weather.
