IRVING, Texas – The Big 12 Conference has announced its Fall Academic All-Big 12 honorees for the 2025 fall semester, released Thursday.



Baylor had 47 student-athletes named across men’s and women’s cross country, football, soccer and volleyball programs. Soccer led with 17 student-athletes with volleyball at eight, women’s cross country and football both with seven and men’s cross country with five student-athletes.



Per the conference, to qualify, student-athletes must maintain a 3.20 GPA or higher either cumulative or over the two previous semesters and must have participated in 20% of their team's scheduled contests. Freshmen and transfers are not eligible in their first year of academic residence. Senior student-athletes who have participated for a minimum of two years and meet all the criteria except percent of participation are also eligible.
