WACO, Texas – Baylor men's basketball team (10-3, 0-1) will host No. 3 Iowa State (14-0, 1-0) at Foster Pavilion on Wednesday night at 7 p.m. CT on Peacock.

GAME NOTES
• Baylor hosts 3/3 Iowa State for the 51st meetup in program history on Saturday afternoon on Peacock.
• With BU hosting 3/3 Iowa State and 7/7 Houston this week, it marks the first time BU has played two top-10 teams in back-to-back games at home.
• Baylor has faced off against back-to-back top-10 teams in the regular season six times prior to, the last series being in 2016 (at 6/6 Oklahoma (3/1/16), vs. 10/9 West Virginia (3/5/16)). BU has never gone 2-0 in the series.
• BU holds an impressive 18-3 home series record against the Cyclones.
• The last time the Bears took down a top-5 team at home was 2/26/22 vs. #5 Kansas, 80-70.
• Cameron Carr is the only player since at least 2010 to average 1.9 dunks and 2.0 made 3s per game.
• Baylor is the only major conference team in the country with five players averaging 28.4+ minutes per game.
• BU announced roster updates with the addition of center James Nnaji, while also confirming that Juslin Bodo Bodowill remain out for the rest of the 2025-26 season.
• The 7'0 center of Nnaji comes to Waco after spending the last four seasons playing in the EuroLeague. Nnaji was selected as the 31st overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft by the Detroit Pistons before his rights were traded to the Charlotte Hornets and later the New York Knicks.
• Tounde Yessoufou has snagged double-digits in every game this season, which is fourth among active streaks of Big 12 players beginning their career with 10-plus points in consecutive games.
• The Bears ended their non-con season with three consecutive 110-point performances. Baylor and Texas A&M are the first teams in the Major Conferences to have three consecutive games with 110+ points.
• The Bears' .735 FG-clip against Arlington Baptist broke the program record for best FG-percent in a game.
• The Baylor offense has been sharing the wealth with at least four Bears scoring in double-figures in 11 out of 13 games this season. Six Bears currently hold double-digit scoring averages.
• BU is ranked 12th in the nation and 4th in the Big 12 in offense efficiency (125.5) according to KenPom.
• BU leads the Big 12 in scoring offense (95.6) and fastbreak points (17.69).
• Obi Agbim is second the Big 12 and is third in the nation in assist/turnover ratio (5.75).
• Cameron Carr ranks fifth in the Big 12 and 20th in the nation in points per game (21.0).
• Tounde Yessoufou holds a scoring average of 18.6 points per game, which ties for fifth in the nation among true freshmen and is seventh in the conference overall.
