Baylor TF Announces 2025 Schedule
Baylor to host two outdoor meets at Clyde Hart Track & Field Stadium

WACO, Texas – Baylor track and field head coach Michael Ford announced the 2025 indoor and outdoor schedules on Friday afternoon. The Bears are slated to compete in 17 meets across seven states, all while welcoming collegiate track and field to Waco twice in the spring.
The Bears open the indoor season in the McFerrin-12 Degree Invitational on Jan. 11th. It will be the first of four meets that the Bears attend in College Station. The next week, the annual trip to Texas Tech's Corky Classic is set for Jan. 17-18.
Baylor opens February in Manhattan, Kansas at the Delosi Dodds Invite from Jan. 31-Feb. 1 before returning back to College Station for the Charlie Thomas Invite, held on Feb. 7-8.
One final tune-up will take place at the Jarvis Scott Open in Lubbock, Texas from the 14th-15th before the Big 12 Championship meet in Lubbock on Feb. 23-24.
The indoor season closes at the Virginia Beach Sports Center in Virginia Beach for the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships on March 14-15.
The Clyde Hart Classic officially rings in the outdoor season in Waco on March 22 as teams come to Waco to compete.
In the first away meet of the outdoor season, the Bears fly to Baton Rouge for the Battle on the Bayou at LSU's Bernie Moore Track Stadium on March 28-29. The following weekend, Baylor makes another trip east for the Pepsi Florida Relays at the University of Florida on April 4-5.
The distance runners will fly to Azusa, California to compete in the Bryan Clay Invite from April 16-18. Back home, a multitude of teams will attend the Michael Johnson Invite in Waco, a meet that was rated in 2023 at No. 17 in USA in the World Athletics Competition Performance Rankings.
The Bears will fly back to Florida for the Knights Invite in Orlando from April 25-26 before returning to Texas for the final regular season meet at the Alumni Muster in College Station.
The Big 12 Outdoor Track and Field Championships will take place at Rock Chalk Park in Lawrence, Kansas from May 15-17.
The NCAA postseason starts at the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds in College Station on May 28-31 to fight for a shot at the NCAA Outdoor Championship at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore., June 11-14.
