MEDIA AVAILABILITIES
Baylor Baseball will hold four media availabilities throughout the fall season. Dates and times are subject to change; reminders will be sent in advance of each availability.

Tentative Media Schedule:
Monday, Sept. 30 – Head Coach Mitch Thompson + select student-athletes
Monday, Oct. 14 – Assistant Coach Sean Snedeker + select student-athletes
Monday, Oct. 28 – Assistant Coach Jim Blair + select student-athletes
Saturday, Nov. 9 – Assistant Coach Zach Dillon + select student-athletes

Media are permitted to enter the field through the gate down the third-base line and may stick around for the first 15 minutes of practice to shoot B-roll. Scrums will be held in front of the Baylor dugout before practice begins.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY
Media members are welcome to capture B-roll footage and/or still images weekly on Thursday’s during pre-scrimmage batting practice and intrasquad action. Camera wells along the first- and third-base lines connecting to each dugout are available for your use, in addition to the stands at Baylor Ballpark.

PRESS BOX
The media press box at Baylor Ballpark will not be available for use this fall. Media members are welcome to sit in the stands if attending an intrasquad scrimmage.

FALL POLICIES
• Media are kindly asked to refrain from reporting on injury situations occurring during practice. Acknowledging an injury occurred is permitted with general detail, but anything beyond a general report would be purely speculative and possibly inaccurate.
• Photography/Videography of injured players rehabbing is not permitted.
• Stats will not be provided to media, though use of any self-kept statistics is permitted.
• Trackman analytics displayed on the Baylor Ballpark videoboard are strictly for internal use only.

Non-adherence to these policies could result in removal of media access.

Thanks again for your coverage of Baylor Baseball. We look forward to seeing you at the Ballpark this fall!
