Baylor T&F Home Meet Media Information

Hi all-

I know many of you are in Tennessee or Virginia this weekend, but I still wanted to send media info for Baylor track and field home meets at the Clyde Hart Track and Field Stadium this spring. If you have any questions, please reach out to me.

MEDIA TENT: The media tent this year is #2 on the attached map – above the northwest corner of the track. Track access from the tent will be at the bottom of the hill, although your credentials can get you in just about everywhere that is not adjacent to a Coaching Box. Water bottles and power will be available at the tent.

WIRELESS ACCESS: Wifi for those not affiliated with Baylor University will be under the BU-GUEST name. Your credential packets will have instructions on how to apply. Once you enter the required information, including my email address (colin_pirtle1 at baylor.edu<mailto:colin_pirtle1 at baylor.edu>), it will send me your request. Wifi acceptances on BU-GUEST are valid for 48 hours. For those with a Baylor ID, AIRBEAR is still available.

CREDENTIALS: Baylor All-Sport Credentials will be accepted for local media & staff, no wristbands necessary. For those without a season-long, please email me requests for regular season meets. For the Big 12 Championship in May, everyone will need conference championship-specific credential that can be requested at THIS LINK<https://baylorbears.com/sb_output.aspx?form=1055>.

INTERVIEWS: Please send Baylor student-athlete interview requests to me no later than 30 minutes after that specific event has been completed. Requested members of the Baylor coaching staff will be available at the conclusion of each day’s competition. Interviews will be held at the bottom of the hill by the track entrance.

PARKING: McLane Stadium lots 2-3 are open for meet parking, no permit necessary. Lot 4 (closest to the track) will be reserved only for officials and specified Baylor staff.
