WACO, Texas – Baylor softball head coach Glenn Moore has added Lillie Walker to the 2025 roster, announced Thursday.

Walker transfers from Duke University to join the Bears with one year of eligibility as a graduate transfer. The left-handed pitcher spent all four years of undergrad playing for Duke.

Originally from Inola, Okla., Walker redshirted her freshman season before contributing significantly in the circle from 2022-2024.

She most recently finished the 2024 season by helping Duke to its first Women’s College World Series appearance in program history while boasting a 12-1 record on the season. In 63.2 innings pitched, the lefty totaled 40 strikeouts with a 1.98 ERA.

As a junior in 2023, Walker made 28 appearances with a 1.20 ERA and 40 strikeouts while only allowing 10 earned runs through 58.1 innings pitched. She played in 11 games as a sophomore during the 2022 season.

A graduate of Inola High School in 2020, Walker was a four-year letterwinner and was named All-District and All-State pitcher of the year her senior season. She finished her junior year with a 1.55 ERA and 110 strikeouts while batting .325 and improved her senior season and lowered her ERA to 1.09 with 163 K's while hitting .363.

She was a pitcher and first baseman for the Tulsa Elite OKC 02 Wells travel ball team.

Walker will be pursuing a master’s degree in social work.
