  * The Baylor women’s basketball team jumped back in the win column on Wednesday night with a 69-48 victory over Kansas State inside the Ferrell Center.
  * The 21-point victory marked the ninth time this season the Bears have bested their opponent by at least 20 points. Additionally, it was the second-largest margin of win over a conference opponent behind the 22-point win over TCU to start Big 12 play.
  * As a team, Baylor matched a season high with 28 assists on 29 made baskets led by Caitlin Bickle’s career-high eight dishes. Jaden Owens finished with seven, while Jana Van Gytenbeek added four off the bench.
  * Three Bears reached double figures, as Darianna Littlepage-Buggs recorded her team-high seventh double-double of the year with 19 points and 11 rebounds to lead the team in both categories.
  * Ja’Mee Asberry fell a point shy of matching a season high, finishing with 18 points, while Sarah Andrews reached double figures for the sixth-straight game with 12 points.
  * The duo combined for six of BU’s seven made 3-pointers, as Asberry and Andrews have each hit from 3-point range in seven- and eight-straight games, respectively.
  * Bickle finished a pair of assists shy of a double-double, as the fifth-year grabbed 10 rebounds marking the fourth time in the last five contests she has finished in double figures on the boards.
  * For the sixth time this season, the Bears held their opponent to 20 or fewer points in the opening half, as the Wildcats trailed 30-18 going into the locker room.
  * Baylor held Kansas State to just seven points in the second frame marking the 10th time this season BU has held its opponent to 10 or fewer points in a quarter.
  * Kansas State’s leading scorer coming into the game, Gabby Gregory, finished with a team-high 13 points, which was just the seventh time in 18 appearances that the senior was held to less than 20 points.
