Baylor T&F Home Meet Media Information

Hello everyone – Happy Home Meet Season!

Baylor Track and Field will be hosting the Baylor Invitational this weekend at the Clyde Hart Track & Field Stadium. Below is the 2022 Media Protocol.

Media Access:
As we have done in previous years, there is a media tent set up in the southwest corner of the track outside of the gate. We will be honoring the season-long credentials to enter the meet and media tent, but if you are wanting infield access contact Colin Pirtle (940-564-0351) so he can get you a wrist band. If you need a single-event credential, please reply to this email.

Infield:
Mentioned above, a wrist band will be required for access to the infield. The area will be open for the entire meet, except while the throwing events are occurring for your safety. You are allowed to be closer to the actual throwing area, just stay clear of the field where very heavy/pointy objects will literally be chunked towards you. There may be a few times where meet officials will ask you to move during certain events. If so, please adhere to their instructions.

Interviews:
If you are wanting any student-athletes for an interview after their event, we will be hosting those on the northwest corner of the track. You may need a wrist band to enter that area. Contact Colin when you want someone so he can be sure and get them over to you.
