IRVING, Texas – No. 6 Baylor equestrian has earned the No. 4 seed for the upcoming 2022 Big 12 Equestrian Championship, as previously announced by the league office.

All four Big 12 teams will compete in Fences, Flat, Horsemanship and Reining when the conference meet takes place on Friday and Saturday, March 25-26, in Burleson at TCU’s Diamond Creek Ranch.

BU (6-6, 2-4 Big 12) will take on top-seeded and No. 1-ranked Oklahoma State (10-2, 5-1 Big 12) on Friday, while No. 2 seed and No. 4-ranked TCU (10-5, 3-3 Big 12) tangles with No. 3 seed and No. 8-ranked Fresno State (6-8, 2-4 Big 12) in the other semifinal. The two winners will advance to Saturday’s championship, while the non-advancing teams will compete in a consolation prior to the final.

All of the action will be streamed on Big 12 Now on ESPN+ with a full schedule of events still to be announced next week.
