  *   Baylor’s 21-game winning streak was snapped, ending the 3rd-longest winning streak in Big 12 history two games shy of tying Baylor’s own Big 12-record 23-game winning streak (2019-20).
  *   Baylor has now posted three of the five longest winning streaks in Big 12 history over the last 3 seasons – Big 12-record 23 in 2019-20, 21 in 2021-22 (3rd longest) and 18 in 2020-21 (t-5th longest).
  *   Baylor was the nation’s last remaining undefeated team for the first time in program history.
  *   This was the first time the reigning national champion has been the final undefeated team in the following season since Duke in 2001-02. UNLV (1990-91) and Duke (1991-92) also accomplished the feat since 1976-77.
  *   Baylor’s school-record streak of 22-consecutive home victories was snapped. It was Baylor’s first home loss and its first loss when holding an opponent below 70 points (33-straight wins) since Feb. 22, 2020.
  *   Baylor is now 34-2 at home over the last 3 seasons, with both losses by 3 points against ranked teams after potential game-tying shots fell short at the buzzer.
  *   Baylor’s streak of 37-consecutive games won when leading at the half was snapped. It was the first such loss since Feb. 29, 2020.
  *   Baylor also had a streak snapped of 34-consecutive games won when its bench out-scores the opposing bench (first since Feb. 29, 2020).
  *   Baylor’s school-record streak of 6-consecutive wins against ranked opponents was snapped. The Bears are now 19-4 against ranked teams over the last 3 seasons (7-2 at home).
  *   This was also Baylor’s first loss with Adam Flagler scoring in double-figures (24-1).
  *   Freshman Jeremy Sochan missed his first game of the season with a sprained ankle – he is averaging 21.9 minutes per game.
  *   Baylor is 31-5 in Big 12 Conference play over the last 3 seasons, the nation’s best record among Power-5 Conference teams.
  *   Baylor is now 19-3 all-time when playing as a No. 1-ranked team.
  *   Baylor has led by at least four points in all 76 games since the start of the 2019-20 season and built a double-digit lead in 67 of those games, including 43 of 46 games since the start of last season.
  *   Baylor is 43-3 over the last 2 seasons, the nation’s best record by a Power-5 team.

  *   James Akinjo (17 points) had his 8th-straight game with 14+ points (19.3 ppg during streak).
  *   Akinjo (5 assists) has posted 5+ assists in 13 of 16 games this season.
  *   Adam Flagler (17 points) scored in double-figures for the 8th-straight game (16.3 ppg during streak).
  *   LJ Cryer (10 points) has posted double-digit scoring in 9 of 14 games this season, despite coming off the bench in all but one game.
  *   Kendall Brown (6 assists) had his 2nd game this season with 5+ assists.
  *   Jonathan Tchamwa Tchathcoua (game-high 10 rebounds) had his 5th double-figure rebounding game of the season and 9th of his career (7th at BU).
