WACO, Texas – Baylor volleyball’s outside hitter Avery Skinner has earned her first weekly award from the Big 12 Conference as the Offensive Player of the Week, the Conference announced Tuesday.

Skinner, a transfer from Kentucky, helped lead Baylor to two sweeps of Kansas State on the weekend with her team-best attack percentage at .396. She had 27 kills at 4.50 kills per set and had the highest points per set for the Bears at 5.25. Along with that, she had 13 digs and four total blocks.
