Bears add three new dates following last week’s postponements

WACO, Texas – Baylor equestrian head coach Casie Maxwell announced a trio of schedule revisions on Monday, following BU’s previous postponements.

The sixth-ranked Bears will now face No. 8 Fresno State on Sunday, March 7, at 9 a.m. in a neutral-site tilt in Fort Worth, hosted by TCU. The originally scheduled Feb. 18 matchup had been postponed due to inclement weather conditions.

On Thursday, March 11, Baylor will return to Fort Worth for a road meet against the second-ranked Horned Frogs set to begin at 1 p.m. The two sides were scheduled to compete on Feb. 27, but that was postponed due to Big 12 interruption guidelines.

Following two separate postponements, BU will now host No. 5 Oklahoma State on Sunday, March 14, at 11 a.m. CT for senior day.

Baylor’s next meet is scheduled for Saturday, March 6, at OSU with a 10 a.m. CT first ride. The Bears will also compete at No. 7 SMU on Saturday, March 13 as originally scheduled for 10 a.m. CT.
