• Jared Butler became Baylor's first underclassman named first-team All-Conference since Terry Teagle in 1980.
• Freddie Gillespie and MaCio Teague were second team, and Mark Vital and Davion Mitchell were third team.
• Devonte Bandoo was the Sixth Man Award winner, Gillespie was Most Improved Player, Mitchell was Newcomer of the Year and Drew was Coach of the Year.
• Vital, Gillespie and Mitchell made up three-fifths of the league's All-Defensive Team.

DREW RECOGNIZED WITH COACH OF THE YEAR ACCOLADES
• BU head coach Scott Drew has been recognized with conference, regional and national Coach of the Year honors.
• Drew was selected National Coach of the Year by NBC Sports, District VII Coach of the Year by the USBWA and Big 12 Coach of the Year by both the league's coaches and media who cover the league.
• Drew is Baylor's first coach since Jim Haller in 1981 to earn a conference Coach of the Year award.

BUTLER BECOMES 9TH ALL-AMERICAN OF DREW ERA
• Sophomore Jared Butler was named to Sporting News' All-America Third Team, becoming Baylor's 9th All- American in the Drew era and the Bears' first underclassman to earn All-America honors since Terry Teagle in 1980.
• Butler is Baylor's fifth Sporting News All-American, joining Johnathan Motley (2017, second team), Tweety Carter (2010, fourth team), Darryl Middleton (1988, honorable mention) and Micheal Williams (1987, honorable mention).

BAYLOR'S BIG 12 CHAMPIONSHIP HISTORY
• Baylor is the No. 2 seed for the first time in Big 12 Championship history.
• Baylor is 16-22 all-time in the Big 12 Championship and 12-15 under head coach Scott Drew.
