Attached is the schedule of events, bracket and logo for the upcoming 2019 Phillips 66 Big 12 Women’s Basketball Championship, March 8-11, in Oklahoma City.

All times may be slightly adjusted for television. There will be at least 30 minutes between the end of the first game and the introductions of the second game. The second game of each session will not start earlier than the posted tip-off time.

MEDIA ENTRANCE
The media entrance is the Employee Entrance of Chesapeake Energy Arena - located through the double doors facing the Courtyard Marriott. A media shuttle will not be utilized. Upon entrance, media should take the elevator down to the event level for all media areas.

CREDENTIAL DISTRIBUTION
Credentials must be picked up in person with a valid government-issued photo ID at the Chesapeake Energy Arena Employee Entrance. The entrance faces the Marriott Courtyard Hotel. Credentials will NOT be mailed. Credential distribution times (central time) are listed below:
          Thursday, March 7:            2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
          Friday, March 8:                4 p.m. - 9 p.m.
          Saturday, March 9:            9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
          Sunday, March 10:            12:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
          Monday, March 11:            6 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

WIRELESS INTERNET
Wireless internet will be provided. Those sending large photo or video files should order a hard-wired internet line through the arena. The network is called Free Arena WiFi.

HARD-WIRED INTERNET ACCESS, SATELLITE TRUCK PARKING AND PHONE LINES
The contact for hard-wired internet, satellite truck parking and phone lines is Steve Bray, (sbray at coxconventioncenter.com<mailto:sbray at coxconventioncenter.com>, 405.623.4774). The satellite truck parking rate, based on availability, is a flat $300 fee, regardless of duration of stay.

ENG CAMERAS
NO MINI-CAMS will be allowed on the baselines or the courtside photo bays, except for one official team-designated videographer. Television and other institutional outlets will be granted access to the court following completion of all games on a particular day, IF it is accessible. Live shots may be allowed at a designated location on the concourse outside of the arena or in a designated area on the event level. Game feeds will be provided. Please bring field recorders and appropriate XLR or similar multi-plugs for feeds. The Big 12 will NOT supply XLR plugs.

ALL-TOURNAMENT TEAM
An All-Tournament Team will be announced at the conclusion of the Championship to include five members. The Most Outstanding Player will be included in the five members. An online link to the voting ballot will be distributed to media who have staffed the entire championship.

LIVE SHOTS AND TAPED STANDUPS
Live shots and taped standups are not allowed in the arena proper from 30 minutes prior to the first game of each session until the broadcasting network goes off the air at the conclusion of each day’s games.

MEDIA BACKSTAGE AREAS
The media work room and interview room are located in the East storage areas on the CEA Event Level. Media Dining is located in the Courtside Club.

MEDIA DINING AT CHESAPEAKE ENERGY ARENA
Media dining will be provided at CEA with one meal on Friday, two meals on Saturday, and one each on Sunday and Monday. Dining times are included in the schedule of events attached.

NEWS CONFERENCES
A postgame news conference will be conducted after a 5-minute cooling off period at the conclusion of each game. The winning team will go first for all games except the championship in which the order will be reversed. For the championship game, the losing teams has a 10-minute cooling off period before reporting to the interview room first.
