WACO, Texas – The No. 1-ranked Baylor acrobatics and tumbling team travels to No. 2 Oregon for a showdown of the top two teams in the NCATA this Sunday, March 3 at 4 p.m. CT.

The meet will be televised live on Pac-12 Networks.

The Bears are coming off a 280.775 to 269.675 victory over No. 3 Quinnipiac last Sunday at the Ferrell Center. Overall, the Bears are 3-0 on the year with a season-opening victory at West Liberty, W, 275.805-227.695 and a win at ETBU, W, 282.180-161.950.

The 282.180 score at EBTU is a season-high for the Bears.

The Bears are 11-1 against Oregon since the arrival of head coach Felecia Mulkey to Waco in 2015. The lone loss came in the regular season in 2017 and is the only loss in Mulkey’s career at Baylor. She comes into Sunday’s meet 44-1 all-time with the Bears and has won 22 straight.

This meet will be a homecoming for Mulkey, assistant coach Kelsey Rowell and director of operations McKenzie Wilcox, as both Rowell and Wilcox were A&T student-athletes at Oregon under Mulkey.
