Baylor Track & Field: London Qualifies for Finals at Pan Am Games
Former Bears standout clocks 400-meter time of 45.78 to advance to Thursday’s final.

WACO, Texas – Wil London recorded a time of 45.78 in the second semifinal Wednesday afternoon to move on to the finals of the 400 meters at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru.

London, a product of Waco and an eight-time All-American at Baylor, ran the fourth-fastest time in semifinal No. 2 and the seventh-fastest time overall to qualify for the finals. The finals of the 400 meters will take place Thursday at 5:20 p.m. CT.

London is also set to run in the semifinals of the men’s 4x400-meter relay Friday at 3:10 p.m. CT.
