ONLINE CREDENTIAL FILING INSTRUCTIONS
FOR REGULAR SEASON GAMES AT AT&T STADIUM

All media planning to cover college games at AT&T Stadium this season are asked to submit credential requests online by accessing the website http://www.sportssystems.com/attstadiumcfb.

The process is simple and easy. Just follow the step-by-step instructions below to submit your request. Shortly after you have submitted your application, you will receive an e-mail verifying your request.



1. 2.             Select the regular season game that you are interested in applying for credentials to cover. There will be a link to return to this page at the end of the process so you may request credentials for other games.


3.             Once the game is selected, please read the media information before proceeding to the next step. You will be prompted for your email address once you’ve checked the box acknowledging that you have read the media information.

4.         The MEDIA FORM should now appear. Fill in all the pertinent information. You will be prompted to fill out a separate form for each person requesting credentials through your organization.


5.         Once you have submitted the information for each member of your organization, press the FINISH button when prompted. Again, a link will appear at the end of the process so you may request credentials for another regular season game at AT&T Stadium.


6.         After you have submitted your media form, you should receive an e-mail acknowledging we have received your request. Please save this e-mail for your records. The deadlines for submitting requests for each of the regular season games are as follows:

AdvoCare Classic (Miami vs. LSU)                                                                      AUGUST 17
AdvoCare Showdown (Ohio State vs. TCU)                                                       AUGUST 31
Southwest Classic (Arkansas vs. Texas A&M)                                                  SEPTEMBER 14
Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Shootout (Baylor vs. Texas Tech)              NOVEMBER 9
Big 12 Championship – Credential site open at a later date                         TBD


Additionally, any media agency using a transmission device must fill out a FREQUENCY FORM and will be prompted to do so by visitinghttp://www.wirelesscoordinations.com<https://na01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.wirelesscoordinations.com&data=01%7C01%7Ctaylor_bryan%40baylor.edu%7C5d18b1c41dd944c0437808d5e6a0c059%7C22d2fb35256a459bbcf4dc23d42dc0a4%7C1&sdata=HjFKGZlFD23hUDujyiC6KhjJufZAEBW872Cf3I%2FZaTY%3D&reserved=0>. Credentials will not be issued to those organizations using a transmission device until the frequency form is submitted and approved by the AT&T Stadium staff.
