<span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">A native of Tampa, Fla., Trigg is one of eight semifinalists for the award, which is given to the nation’s best tight end. Trigg leads all NCAA tight ends in receiving yards
(607) and is tied for the nation’s lead among TEs in touchdown grabs (six). Trigg also ranks third in the nation among tight ends in catches (40). </span></p>

record for single-season receiving touchdowns, and ranks second in single-season receptions, just three behind the record holder, Justin Akers (2007). Trigg has 70 career catches for the Bears, ranking fourth in BU history, behind the program record holder
Akers, who had 89 grabs from 2006-07. Trigg’s nine TD grabs ranks second-best in program history among tight ends, behind Drake Dabney’s 12 from 2018-22. </span></p>

game in the win over Kansas State, collecting eight catches for 155 yards. His five-catch, 71-yard outing vs. Arizona State included a pair of TD grabs and he had a seven-catch, 99-yard effort with a score vs. Auburn in the season lid-lifter. </span></p>
